    About the Role

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This part-time role offers the potential to become full-time for the right person. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and speed of our back-office operations, assisting the owner in strategic initiatives, and upholding our organizational guiding principles.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Data entry and office administration duties.
    • Transcribing meeting minutes and distributing actions to employees/team.
    • Creating and documenting systems flow charts and checklists.
    • Rostering and linking correct billable items.
    • Organizing a calendar and Google Drive.
    • Managing emails and forwarding documents.
    • Document creation and formatting.
    • Client communication and liaising.

    Qualifications

    • Office administration experience (desirable).
    • Bachelor of Business (desirable).

    Experience

    • 1-2 years’ experience in an office admin role (desirable).
    • Personal assistant experience (desirable)
    • Knowledge of Tidy Cal, rostering systems, Asana, and G-Suite.
    • Bookkeeping experience (desirable).

    • Excellent written and verbal communication.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
